- Combined tickets roughly ฿800–1,300 — indicative, ≈ 5–6 h door to door.
- Railay
- Minivan to Ao Nang ≈ 2 h, longtail ≈ 15 min.
- Railay has no road — the longtail is the only last leg.

The routes
How the combined tickets work
You book one ticket with one pickup time; the operator chains the minivan and the boat and is responsible for the connection. It is the normal way everyone does this — booking legs separately saves little and adds a missed-connection risk that is yours instead of theirs.
Monsoon note: this is the thin season on the water. Main Phuket–Phi Phi boats keep running, secondary crossings pause, and rough-sea cancellations happen — leave a buffer day if a flight depends on the crossing.
